I drove to dojo yesterday. Traffic was extremely light on the freeways and I was able to get there in record time.
I had a great work out and felt so much better afterward. There is something magical about our dojo. The vibe is energizing, revitalizing but very gentle and peaceful at the same time.
My advice to you is allocate some time to your training during each day. Even a 15 minutes work out consisting of some push-up, sit-up and some stretching followed by a Kata or a self-defense series is good enough. You will feel much healthier physically and mentally.
