Are you active enough?
Now that you're not at the dojo you need to discipline yourself. Every day you need to go over 3 type of training to stay fit and feel great. One is called muscle fitness. Things like push-ups, sit-ups or jump rope that I know you love. Second is flexibility. Do your butterflies, scissors, ninja stances and all those nice warm up exercises from dojo. It will only take 10-15 minutes. And lastly you need to do aerobic fitness. That’s the fun stuff like doing kata, self-defense techniques or shadow sparring. Soon we will be back in the dojo again. I’d like to see everyone in great shape.
